The recording is public and free for anyone to listen to. It was assessed using the Updated 8 Core Competencies and 2022 MCC BARS / Behavioral Anchors / Minimum Skills Requirements and met the passing standard across all competencies. Yes, my client is OK with this.

I am sharing this because I know how difficult it is to find real examples of MCC-passing recordings. While there are many videos online labeled “MCC demo,” the coaching itself sometimes does not reflect what is actually required in 2025.

I do not claim this is a perfect session; there are definitely areas for growth, but I believe it demonstrates several key qualities of MCC-level coaching that may be helpful for others to hear.
