Matthew’s mentor coaching strengths are his directness (waste no time!), his sense of humor, his comfort with silence and space, and his patience and support when you screw up. He’s a nice person and wants his Learners to succeed. I became much more comfortable with silence, asking open-ended questions versus closed questions, and redirecting a client when there is a lot of storytelling. Matthew is very curious and dedicated to bettering his skills while helping his Learners do the same. He’s a hardworking and kind guy!
